i am back from camp! miss me? i know Michelle did. cause she flooded my inbox with all that call alerts from her number. and her first word when i called her was, "where you go, bitch?!" haha. okok.
in short, i find this camp very rewarding for me and i am rather happy for what i achieve.
-i was not a spoil spot except in one game!
-i learnt that winning is not everything. my group did not really win, but we are happy with our performance, because everybody gave in their best. and that we took care of everyone.
-building trust in one another. eg, i was carried in the first activity already.
-i have friendship that exceeds just saying hi and bye cause we been through shit together. haha.
-planning is important! it was very evident that with with proper time management, effective planning and stimulation, things will run really smoothly.
-got back cuts, bruises and body ache.
i hope this camp marks a good start to life in SMU for the next 4 years. i hope SMU would change me, to someone who speaks up in big groups and be less introverted! This is one of the reasons, why i chose SMU over the rest because of their emphasis on different teaching methods. and of course, for a new city campus.
